MEET THE COACHES:
Hayden has been on a dirt bike since the age of 2, and by the time he stopped racing competitively, he was already helping friends with their bikes—traveling to races and even mechanicing for Moto Outpost co-founder Ryan Martin. That experience led him to a job as a practice bike mechanic, which opened the door to working with multiple teams and gaining valuable knowledge in bike setup, testing, and maintenance. After five years in the industry, Hayden returned home and launched an Evo Suspension franchise in his hometown, which he has proudly operated since 2018- some may know it as Billdog Racing. Today, he brings both his riding background and technical expertise to training, with a passion for passing that knowledge on to the next generation.
Ryan Martin has been riding dirt bikes since the age of four and dedicated himself to professional training by 16, competing at top levels including Loretta Lynn’s, AMA Pro Motocross rounds, and international events in Europe and Canada. Alongside racing, he gained hands-on experience coaching riders of all levels as a guest trainer, developing the skills to teach technique, build confidence, and help riders reach their goals. After stepping away from racing to grow leadership and problem-solving skills in the excavation industry, Ryan has returned to motocross with renewed purpose, bringing together his racing experience, coaching background, and leadership expertise to help riders grow both on and off the bike-whether they’re chasing championships or simply striving to be their best.
